1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct factory.
2. Do you customize products and logos?
Yes, we have 24 years of production experience.
3. Do you offer free samples?
Yes, free samples for regular customers. First collaboration, $50- $100 per style. But the cost of samples will be fully refunded with bulk orders.
4. What is the lead time for custom samples?
5-7 working days.
5. What is the minimum order quantity?
To our old customers, there is no MOQ. 10 PCS, 100 PCS... IS OK. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do very small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you.
6. What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Usually 30-50 days, but sometimes it is affected by order volume and peak season.
7. What if your factory has any audits?
Our factories can be audited by Disney, Walmart, Marvel, BSCI, Smeta, Amfori, etc. At the same time, we have oeko-TexStandard 100 certificate.
8. Do you have test reports for your products?
Yes, all products are available via en-71. CPSIA. ASTM, CPC, CA PRO 65. AS/ZNS ISO 8124 test, etc.
9. What is your maximum productivity?
500,000 units per month.
10. Your packing?
The usual packaging is plastic bag + carton, if the customer has a good idea for their sale, we also offer custom packaging.
